Privacy Notice
This notice explains how the operator of this portal (the “Controller”) processes the personal data of clients who access the service. We process the minimum data required to operate the service and to keep it secure.
1. Data Controller
The Controller is the operator of this portal. For any privacy request, or to exercise the rights described below, contact the Controller at [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Account data: your email address and your password (stored only as a salted cryptographic hash — we never store or can read your plaintext password).
- Security & audit data: sign-in timestamps, IP address, and browser user-agent, kept to protect the account and maintain an audit trail.
- Consent record: the date, time, IP address, user-agent and the version of this notice you accepted, kept as proof of consent (GDPR Art. 7(1)).
We do not collect names beyond an optional company label, nor any special categories of personal data, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service (authentication, showing your performance) — performance of the contract, Art. 6(1)(b).
- Security, fraud prevention and audit logging — the Controller's legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure, Art. 6(1)(f).
- Keeping proof that you accepted this notice — compliance with a legal obligation and your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 7.
4. Retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. When your access ends, the account is archived and then deleted once it is no longer needed. Security and consent records are kept only as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, after which they are deleted.
5. Sharing and transfers
Your data is processed within the European Union and is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. There are no transfers of your personal data outside the EU/EEA.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability (Art. 15–22).
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal (Art. 7(3)). To withdraw consent or exercise any right, contact the Controller at the address in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
7. Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the version number above is updated and, where the change is material, you are asked to review and accept the new version.
